BARBARA JONES
Barbara works as a freelance visual communicator and a visual artist in schools, early years settings and with local art galleries and museums. Following a year-long residency with Foundation Stage children and teaching staff in Solihull in 2002/3, Barbara has developed early years creative work in Warwickshire, Coventry and Leicestershire and, since 2004, has been involved in Creative Partnerships Coventry’s ‘Second Skin’ Project investigating multi-sensory creative learning environments. Barbara was commissioned to document Another Country through image, text, film and audio, and she created a photographic exhibition of the project. Barbara’s work is featured extensively on the Another Country website.
