RUGBY ART GALLERY & MUSEUM (RAGM)
RAGM is a local authority gallery and museum service that aims to present a stimulating and challenging exhibition and education programme for local, regional and national audiences. The Art Gallery provides a temporary exhibition programme of contemporary visual art and craft, and exhibitions from the Rugby Collection of 20th century British Art and exhibitions supporting regional artists. It generates exhibitions in partnership with artists and occasionally other organisations in order to support artists in their career development and offer a challenging and wide ranging programme for audiences. The second gallery space, Floor One Gallery, offers the facility to hire for two-week exhibitions and is particularly aimed at emerging artists and groups. The Museum has a permanent display of Roman artefacts and a Social History Gallery focusing on Rugby people and life.
